Oficialmente la barra de Casa Pablo fue inaugurada en mayo de 1941 coincidiendo con la apertura del restaurante. Después de varias reformas en años venideros, la barra que conocemos en la actualidad fue renovada en el verano de 1990.

Nuestra barra está tallada en mano y ha sido un lugar de encuentro y tertulias para arancetanos madrileños y turistas, desde 1941.

Actualmente ha evolucionado a una barra gastronómica para degustar y comer; las raciones, sugerencias y tapas del la nueva cocina tradicional chef Sergio Guzmán, que son disfrutadas mientras que se alterna con amigos y familia en un ambiente único y especial.
